Every advisor profile lists the languages that advisor speaks. Name the language you want in your message and your enquiry is routed accordingly.
Do I have to fly out to buy?
A purchase can be prepared from home: a live video tour, the documents by email, and the signing handled through a lawyer you appoint. The “Buying from abroad” page sets out every step. You are welcome to visit at any point, and nothing in the process requires it.
Which costs come on top of the price?
Purchase costs such as taxes, fees and legal work are set out in a written cost table for the specific project before you commit to anything. Ask your advisor for it and it is sent to you.
