Title deed type on every listing where known
In Northern Cyprus, every property should have a title deed (certificate of ownership). The types differ and need to be told apart: Koçan (Turkish title), Eşdeğer Koçan (equivalent title) and Tahsis (allocation title). If a listing does not state it, we confirm it in writing at the first meeting.
Costs in writing
Taxes, fees and legal costs are shared in writing at the first meeting.
